Grown from a Passion for Real Estate
Immo Fina Pro was founded in Waiblingen in 1992 and has since grown into one of the most reputable real estate brokers in the Stuttgart region and beyond.
What started as a local agency is today an international company with partners in 8 countries – united by the same ambition: to achieve the very best for our clients.

With a small team and great passion, Frank Winkler opens the first office in Stuttgart.

Sandra oversees the entire sales team and ensures every client receives optimal service. Her specialty: high-quality residential properties in the Stuttgart region.
International Relations
Karim Al-Rashid
Karim is our expert for the Middle East and Mediterranean region. He coordinates all transactions in Dubai and Cyprus and speaks fluent Arabic, German and English.
